Bus Zurich to Zagreb
The most important bus connection between Switzerland and Croatia, is from Zurich to Zagreb, in the prior years it used to be quite expensive (About 100 CHF for the approx. 900 km long trip) to travel between the to cities, but as of this year, this is no longer the case.
With the growing competition the price is now down to about 65 CHF for a single adult ticket and about 125 CHF for a return ticket. For those who book early you can even have one way adult tickets for as little as 27-28 CHF, and of course there is also special discount for children, pensioners and students available.
The price decrease does not only apply to departures towards Zagreb, also the prices for destinations like Vukovar, Osijek, Varazdin and other connected destinations in the northern part of Croatia are now much cheaper to reach by bus.
From Switzerland the price decrease has also effected departures from Basel, Bern, Lucerne and several other departure location, which has seen similar decrease in the ticket prices.
