The bus station at Ulcinj will NOT let you onto the platform to get your bus if you have an online ticket. We tried everything to get onto our bus and finally had to buy new tickets from them. It was ridiculous. They had a sign in the window saying they don’t honor online tickets. DO NOT BUY AN ONLINE TICKET FROM ULCINJ. Every company should stop selling Ulcinj tickets and should pressure someone in Ulcinj to stop this terrible and outrageous policy.

Hi Steven, we are aware of the problem with bus station Ulcinj and have temporarily stopped all sale from this destination, the bus companies has contacted the local authorities and tourist board to put pressure on the bus station, as far as we have been informed the issue should be resolved soon!
Has this been resolved?
Dear Alex,
We now have several departures from Ulcinj, but the routes are limited (it depends where you would like to go). For example, we have a route from Ulcinj to Dubrovnik operated by Croatiabus, however, in this case the carrier requires printed ticket.
Best regards!
