During the summer month the service of the bus companies tends to be rated lower then other periods of the year, so what is the reason for that?
During the summer month the number of passengers increases with a factor 5 or in some cases up to factor 10, this alone of course leads to more operational errors, in addition comes external factors like border crossings and traffic, with in some cases causes hours of delay, and their by following bad reviews. Luckily majority of travellers still had a great experience, as you can see below, excellent feedback has also been given many times.
