Zagreb Popular bus routes

Zagreb as the capital of Croatia is of course also the main hub when i comes to bus travel within Croatia, below you can a list of the 10 most popular destination (long distance) from the Zagreb bus station.

1. Not surprisingly the most popular route is from Zagreb to Croatia’s second largest city Split, during winter season there is about 30 daily departures, during summer season up to 50, so getting on a bus on this route should not be a problem.
2. The second most popular route is between Zagreb and Rijeka, year around there is about 40 daily departures between the two cities.
3. The third on the list is the route between Zagreb and Zadar, during winter there is about 25 daily departures, during summer this number increase to about 40 departures.
4. The fourth most popular bus connection is between Zagreb and Pula, during winter there is around 20 daily departures, during summer season around 30 buses connecting the two cities
