the bus arrived to the place more than an hour later than it was scheduled! before making the booking it was promised that the one piece of main luggage is free of charge, but then on the ticket it was written (on the 2nd page) that there is 1€ extra charge for the luggage. In the end it was for free, but please fix the way the ticket is made as it is confusing! And besides that this last sentence appears on the 2nd page of the ticket and it is the only thing that appears on this page. I just never printed the 2nd page, but if I wouldn't checked it I would waste one sheet of paper for no reason. The toilet was broken (the wall fall out!!!) and no one warned about it before! I was a bit desperate to finally leave the bus! There was even nothing written on the door, but once I opened it I realized that there is no way to even enter it. It would be also more human to have a real line standing in front of the bus. In some countries people don's understand that they should make a line...
