The two journeys we had were completely different than in terms of experience with the company.
Value for money ... Difficult to book online. The website keeps crashing. On our journey made on 8th September 2019 bus time 10.45am from Split to Podaca the ticket collector was very rude, unhelpful and arrogant. I had my tickets prebooked for the later bus time as I wasn’t sure what time I would make it from the airport. I was lucky to catch the earlier bus but I needed to buy another set of tickets for this time. The ticket collector did not give any useful information and didn’t even brother to try to help. A polite stranger helped us instead and we were very lucky to have met him and be able to catch the earlier bus. On the way back to Split on 19th September bus at 6 am the staff were very different, much more polite and helpful.
